We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to inquiries or complaints.

Skills

Experience with cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
