Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to 5 years/ VLT experience a must

Work setting

Restaurant / Bar / VLT

Tasks

Address customers' complaints or concerns Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers Advise on menu selections Balance cash and record sales Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages Serve food and beverages Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff Assist clients/guests with special needs Provide customer service/Must be available for shifts ranging 12pm-5pm, or 5pm-12:30am/Must be comfortable working alone
