Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages and serving tables while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and build rapport. Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering processes, ensuring accurate transactions. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic bar and server area. Familiarity with Resy and Touch Bistro POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
