Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in food and beverage service. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming environment. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in opening or closing duties as assigned. Follow all responsible alcohol service policies to promote guest safety.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, especially in serving or bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to multitask seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices is preferred. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
