Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing customer orders efficiently, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Prior experience as a server is highly valued.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety protocols are followed Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Assist in setting up the bar for service, including preparing garnishes and stocking supplies

Skills

Proven experience in serving or bartending roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating an enjoyable guest experience Bilingualism is preferred.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
