Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering an outstanding experience to our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments responsibly. Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation. Excellent customer service abilities, with a knack for engaging with diverse clientele. Experience in food handling practices to maintain health standards in the bar area. Ability to work well under pressure while managing time effectively during busy shifts. Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.20-$32.24 per hour
