We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Background in the food industry is preferred, providing familiarity with restaurant operations. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Understanding of proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
