Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; must lift up to 25 lbs. Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations. Refill beverages, clear plates, and reset tables for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver an efficient dining experience. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality and customer service within the restaurant or food industry. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with cashiering systems is preferred but not required. A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: $17.60-$36.54 per hour
