We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage tabs for customers. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and food service operations. Basic math skills for cash handling and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Cashiering experience is beneficial for processing payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment.
