What We're Looking For Confident, professional bartenders with strong people skills Previous bartending experience is preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced bar setting Comfortable creating classic cocktails and pouring drafts with accuracy Friendly, calm under pressure, and reliable Serving It Right certification (or willing to obtain before starting) Must be 19+ Your Responsibilities Providing exceptional bar service with speed, accuracy, and Coastal hospitality Preparing cocktails and beverages to specification Managing bar inventory, restocking, and maintaining clean & clear standards Handling payments and POS operations Supporting the FOH team with drink running and guest engagement Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both new and long-term guests Job Type Part-time or Full-time Benefits Casual dress Discounted staff meals On-site parking Supportive team and energetic service environment Experience Bartending: 1-2 years preferred Customer service: 2 years Licence/Certification Serving It Right (required) Work Location: In person - Sailor Hagar's Brew Pub
