Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for serving food & beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on drink recipes, menu changes, and promotions.

Skills

Time management: Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Cashiering: Experience handling cash transactions accurately. Restaurant experience: Familiarity with the restaurant industry is preferred. Basic math: Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and making change. Food safety: Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Bartending: Previous bartending experience is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Math skills: Strong mathematical skills for drink measurements and cash handling. Food handling: Understanding of proper food handling techniques in a bar setting. Hospitality: A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences. POS proficiency: Experience using point-of-sale systems for order processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
