Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Some knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes, training provided. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
