Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Tandoori Indian Grill & Lounge. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our patrons. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
