The Role

As a

Server/Bartender

, you're more than just the person dropping plates and pouring pints -- you're the playmaker. You'll guide guests through our tap list like a seasoned caddie, call out food specials with the enthusiasm of a game-day announcer, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and plans to come back).

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering upbeat, genuine guest service that makes every visit feel like a win Guiding guests through food and beverage menus with confidence and enthusiasm Keeping your section sharp, organized, and ready for the rush Managing multiple tables smoothly while keeping the energy positive Teaming up with the bar and kitchen for seamless, efficient service Staying sharp on our craft beer, wine, cocktail, and food knowledge Following service standards, health and safety policies, and cleanliness practices Stepping in to support teammates and ensuring no play gets left unfinished Handling guest feedback with professionalism and positivity
What We're Looking For

1+ year of serving experience in a casual restaurant

or

2+ years in a support role (host, busser, food runner) in a high-volume setting Banquet or clubhouse service experience is an asset (bonus points if you've worked around golf or sports venues) Strong knowledge or love of craft beer (we'll nerd out with you) Outgoing, team-oriented personality -- you're the type who loves being in the huddle Calm under pressure and confident when the pace picks up Great communication, organization, and multitasking skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Must have
