We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service section, being attentive towards our golf simulator guests, washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold food safety standards and comply with health regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for accurate billing.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Pay: From $15.30 per hour
