Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse guests and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Candidates should be well-versed in food safety standards, cash handling, and POS systems, including Micros POS. Previous restaurant experience and hospitality skills are highly valued.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to health standards Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible serving practices Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably as a bartender or server Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient cashiering and order processing Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality is preferred Must be personable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $17.20-$35.02 per hour
