Job Description

We are an intimate tasting menu restaurant looking to hire a part-time/casual/on-call server to work within our team.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner

- Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food and drinks to guests

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and answer questions as required

- Clean and sanitize area/environment

- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately

- Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere

- Basic wine knowledge is an asset.

Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certificate required

- Enjoys working with a small team

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional hospitality to customers

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work evenings and weekends
