Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience Operate POS systems including Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and presentation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers at the end of shifts Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours Follow all food handling and safety regulations diligently Assist in setting up the bar before opening and closing procedures after hours

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and change calculation Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours Basic understanding of food safety practices within the hospitality industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
