Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for a versatile and outgoing server/bartender to join the team at our casual, high-energy pub-style restaurant known for great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. In this hybrid role, you'll roll could rotate between serving tables and working behind the bar--providing top-notch service, pouring great drinks, and making sure every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Server:

Greet guests promptly and warmly. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations. Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.

As a Bartender:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for table service. Engage with guests at the bar in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain stock levels and keep the bar area clean and organized. Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly. Verify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly according to local regulations.

General Duties:

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and assist in other areas as needed. Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in both serving and bartending preferred. Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Outgoing, team-oriented, and customer-focused. Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess a valid Smart Serve Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk for long periods. Able to lift up to 25-40 lbs and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and repetitive motion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
