Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Utilize Lightspeed POS system, including payment processors to process orders and handle cash transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food offerings, to assist customers with their selections. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Lightspeed, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. A commitment to hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $17.60 per hour
