Job Responsibilities

As a server at Ward One, your primary responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables. Presenting menus and informing guests about daily specials. Taking orders accurately using our point-of-sale system. Providing recommendations for food and beverage pairings. Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to address any needs or concerns. Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions. Maintaining cleanliness of tables, dining and work areas.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Prior experience as a server Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
