We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled server -bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the POS system efficiently, processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with familiarity in using Micros POS systems being a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming environment for guests. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food service industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
