Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a restaurant in the Glen Morris Area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests.Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age
- Assist in opening and closing duties as neededRequirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
