17.87 - 20.00 based on the performance + tips

Minimum Weekly Commitment:

15 hours

As a server at LilChef Bistro, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We are hiring for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

Order Management:

Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff.

Delivery & Presentation:

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Payment Processing:

Handle payments, operate cash registers, and balance cash drawers.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Dishwashing.

At our restaurant it is mainly the responsibility of the server to clean the dishes.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
