Server/bartender For Modern Viet Eatery

Job Description
We are a modern viet eatery in the heart of downtown located across the street from the AGO.
We are looking for a fun server / bartender hybrid. Experience in classic cocktails is preferred but we are willing to train up if you have the right attitude. At the very least, you will be required to have serving experience at high quality venues and high volume. Attention to detail and a high drive for perfectionism are assets.
The shifts may range from lunch service to evening service.
BAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and mix cocktails according to standard recipes while maintaining high food safety standards. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to enhance service efficiency.
