We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests

Experience

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential A passion for serving others in a hospitality-focused environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
