We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards and recipes Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and responsible alcohol service Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local laws)
