ID Love Lounge, a sister establishment to the popular ID Love restaurant in Toronto, is a vibrant and sophisticated dine-in venue that offers a delightful dining experience, delectable cocktails, and engaging entertainment. Our menu includes a Nigerian based lunch & dinner catering to a diverse clientele in a welcoming atmosphere. Our focus is on creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests, accompanied by impeccable service

We are currently seeking friendly and professional Servers/ Bartenders to join our team at ID Love Restaurant & Lounge.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Server, you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu and drinks.

Ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately entered into the POS system and communicated to the kitchen and bar teams.

Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining presentation standards.

Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Collaborating with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Adhering to established service workflows and procedures.

Participating in promotional events and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Server's performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:

Guest satisfaction scores and online review ratings related to service quality and attentiveness.

Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Efficiency and effectiveness of service operations and workflows.

Collaboration and communication within the front-of-house team and with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

Smart Serve

A minimum of 2 years of serving experience, preferably within a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on quality and consistency.

The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
