We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Uphold the establishment's hospitality standards while creating a positive experience for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are required. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
