Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic team at Flame & Barrel in Windermere. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will craft drinks, serve customers, and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.

Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Manage cash register operations accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver excellent service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.'

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills. Strong understanding of food safety standards. Ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling. Hospitality or food service experience preferred. Friendly personality with good communication skills.
Requirements:

Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization in Canada
