Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink options
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Clean and maintain bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events
-This requires the ability to work late hours and have own transportation.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required
