We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage payments. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations while maintaining a positive dining experience. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and promptness. Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and food handling practices.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in a bartending role. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Time management skills are crucial to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. A willingness to help teammates and contribute positively to the work environment is highly valued.
