We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
Ensure responsible serving practices by verifying guest age and sobriety levels
Assist in food service when required, including serving food items to guests
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies related to food handling and food safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality background or experience in food service is a plus
Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local regulations)
