Montana's is searching for Part time Servers and Bartenders

Montana's is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favorites fresh off the grill. We're looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Overview: As a Server/bartender, you're responsible for creating a fun atmosphere while exhibiting your product knowledge, enthusiasm and passion. By executing our service standards, you provide our Guests with a unique experience.

Responsibilities include:

Be a "know it all" about our regular promotional beverage/food menus. Communicate and recommend Provide a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality Get to know our Guests and enhance their personal experience while flawlessly executing our steps of service Process Guests orders and payments in a timely manner Provide responsible alcohol service to all Guests Adhere to safe food safety and handling procedures Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices
Is this You?

Previous experience as a server and/or bartending Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends) Team Player - help contribute to a positive Guest experience however necessary

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
