We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server & Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following standard recipes and presentation guidelines Ensure staff are upholding their duties Manage operations of each department Handle the floor, bar, and kitchen during slow times Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and billing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and recommend drinks or food options Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Collaborate and direct team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles The ability and willingness to work long hours Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests Ability to delegate tasks to team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
