Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices. Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Assist in food service when required, including serving food items promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours through effective time management.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work effectively in a team environment within the hospitality industry. Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local regulations) and possess any necessary permits or certifications required for alcohol service.
