Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management Ensure responsible serving practices by monitoring guest alcohol consumption Comply with all food safety regulations and health guidelines related to food handling and service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is required, especially in serving or bartending roles Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs Experience in hospitality or food service environments demonstrating teamwork and adaptability
