We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to take drink and food orders. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.

Skills

Proven experience in serving and bartending. Basic wine and cocktail knowledge. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Proficient in using POS systems for order management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Understanding of food safety practices relevant to beverage service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
