Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring a high standard of service in both fine dining and nightclub settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets and catering events to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences. Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests positively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
