Responsibilities
• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
• Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Opening and closing the business as per standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, particularly a familiarity with AGLC and AHS
• Career growth through leadership/management opportunities available; including but not limited to private functions, large scale community events, and floor supervision.
Requirements and Skills
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Private event experience is considered an asset
• Previous restaurant management experience is considered an asset
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Proserve is required!

In addition, we feature a daily happy hour and weekly specials with BOGO Oysters on Mondays, 1/2-Price Wine on Wednesdays, Surf and Turf Date Night on Thursdays, and a Smoked Prime Rib Supper on Sundays.
