Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate the POS system efficiently, including handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks during busy shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional guest experience is a must.
