Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experiences. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Strong bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
