We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Servers and Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages Adhere to all local health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws
