Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while preparing drinks. Assist with food service as needed, including serving food items and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state laws.
