Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and providing outstanding hospitality to our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.

Pay: $17.20-$21.83 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
