We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar area.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is required Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
