We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Lead, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management in a restaurant setting. Experience in supervising kitchen operations is preferred but not mandatory. A background in food service or hotel management is advantageous.

Pay: $17.40-$22.00 per hour
