Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic servers to join our front-of-house team. As a server & Barista at Riviera, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Barista trained / training given Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct Handle cash, process payments, and provide change Maintain a clean and organized dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a server or customer-facing role with barista experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic Must be 19 years or older Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a bonus
