We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the POS system for processing transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards. Engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of Previous barista experience and experience in the food industry is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
