Duties

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Assist in the execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Engage with clients or customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Contribute to a positive team environment by promoting open communication and support. Take initiative in personal development opportunities, seeking out training or mentorship as needed.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team setting. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges. Previous experience in a collaborative role is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for personal growth and a desire to contribute positively to the workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
